PSC City Business License Instructions

Artists participating in the 2-day Outdoor Exhibit and Sale must have a San Clemente city business license. A 2-day license is available for vendors that don’t already have a city license.
The cost of the 2-day license is $34 and is available from the City.

To acquire a city license:

1. Download and fill-out the pdf application from provided below.
2. Email the form to [email protected] with a note requesting a 2-day license for Paint San Clemente for June 22 and 23.
3. Once the city processes your application, the city will email a link for on-line payment.
